Valu Home Centers at 1149 New York 17C, Owego, New York.

This was a nice, medium-sized hardware store. Bigger than a lot of competing local-level hardware stores, but smaller than your typical big box store. I was greeted right away by the cashier who engaged me in weather convo, and pointed me in the direction I needed for what I was seeking. As I decided to look around for anything else I may have wanted, the other employees roaming the store also greeted me and asked if I needed any help in finding anything. It was nice, clean, well-stocked and had a bit of everything. I'll be back should we be in the area again and have any hardware needs.
